yup. it was cheehooi's birthday on friday. but we celebrated it on saturday and it was so fun! well we went to take pictures at fort canning (yes, again) and then headed down to clarke quay for yummy yummy seafood. JUMBO SEAFOOD LEH WE ARE RICHAZZZ. chilli crab was orgasmic woohoo. after that we frolicked around at marina barrage and then i cabbed home lol. my feet were hurting like shit i tell you. bruised swollen feet haha. aiya im lazy to blog the details so i'll just post some pictures here k. lol. (not in order)












check out jean the supermodel haha. there are more pictures but nah i shant post all of them. it was damn fun la. LETS DO THIS MORE OFTEN MAN HAHAHA. oh the night sky at marina barrage was nice. not exactly breathtaking cos there wasnt much stars. but it was nice haha.


and today, i went to watch harry potter in gold class! damn shiok LOL. didnt take any pictures cos i'll look like some suaku if i did. but i am LOL. the chair was so comfortable i can just sleep there man. and the potato wedges came with three dips - cheese, salad cream and tomato. the salad cream one was DAMN YUMMY OH MY GOD. and the blanket was comfy and warm and the chair can recline back into a sleeping position. shiok to the max haha. as for the movie, it was okay la. many people have reviewed it so i shant talk about it. quite disappointing but the effects were damn good. I WANT TO GO GOLD CLASS AGAIN MAN HAHA.


these few days i keep living on the expensive side of life, splurging on seafood at jumbo(costly i tell you), cabbing home(in a limo taxi - COMFY!), watching movies in gold class....i actually like it haha. this is life man, but certainly very damaging to my wallet. haha. but it's so fun and i cant stop myself oh no. hee. i just want to have fun forever.


okay change topic. you might have heard of charmaine the little girl fighting cancer. i just came across their blog on nuffnang and it's so sad. her mother's love for her is so powerful, it's touching. her BASTARDLY father can just go die man. okay never mind. i just changed back to using my old sony ericsson phone. the one with the illuminating lights at the side lol. cos the stupid fake ipod's screen is spoiled. haha. fake stuff for me. but yea, im glad i found my old phone. it still looks at good at new k haha. yay now i dont need to use a touch screen phone anymore, i can sms easily woohoo!


okay i promised to blog about the cupcake maker but i keep forgetting to get the photos from dodo. (oh i hoped you like my belated present. :D) so i decided to take photos of it myself haha.



the equipments and the cupcake mix.



it even comes with rainbow sprinklers for decoration!




1. pouring the cupcake mix into the mixing bowl. the flavour is "yellow". haha i dont know what flavour that is too.
2. adding one big spoon of water.
3. mixing with the narrow end of the spatula.
4. cupcake mix done!



1. put the cupcake paper into the holder.
2. pour the mixture in. i added a scoop for chocolate chips haha.




1. place the hold thing into the little steamer and put it into the microwave oven.
2. uh. close the door.
3. heat for 30sec under HIGH.
4. TADAH! cupcake rises! smelt very nice k. :)



1. mix the frosting mix in the bowl.
2. insert it into the icing tube. picture very blur, sorry!


okay god knows what i was doing, i didnt take pictures of the icing process. i think i was having so much fun i forgot. NEXT TIME I'LL DO IT AGAIN K.



1. cupcake attempt #1 failed. icing was too watery! it just leaked to the sides lol. and with amelia around, she pressed the machine and it went out of control.
2. so i decided to spread the icing around abit and added some sprinklers! okay, beats the purpose of using the icing machine i know. haha.


so being not satisfied by the ugly cupcake. i decided to make another one.



okay. i seriously need more practise. haha. this looks like shit la. but it tastes quite nice k. very sweet haha. i still have one packet of flour and icing left for one cupcake so i'll try harder on that one. and maybe without amelia around cos she was being itchy handed and touching everything. haha.


so yea, that's the cupcake maker. cute right! maybe i should get the separate mix cos they sell it too. hmm maybe. lol.


recently, i kept listening to olivia ong and her bossa nova songs. i secretly like it sia. and it's so hard to download her songs online. i use to listen it from youtube but it has since been removed. maybe i shall consider getting her album. but i cant find anyone selling secondhand or something. not even on ebay. sigh.

OMG. i just ate the honey lemon tea candy that Ada sent to me and it's OMG DAMN DELICIOUS. really. i tastes like, well, lemon tea. but it's a candy can you believe it? i dont think it's sold here. but omg it's very nice! it's like drinking lemon tea, only that it's a candy. aiya i dont know how to explain the taste but i like it alot! ADA PLEASE SEND ME MORE HAHAHA.

it kinda reminds me of natalie's tom and jerry barley sweet. yummy. i love these old school sweets.

okay my goal for today is:
1)find EOM article

3)finish up dodo's birthday card
4)wash make up brushes

so this is it. im officially 17 whoohoo! not a nooby 16 anymore haha. anyway i had a great birthday this year. very touched by what everybody put in to make this such a great birthday for me. thank you everybody! okay let me blog about my two days of happiness.


FRIDAY
this was the real date, 10/07. received many midnight and early morning birthday sms from many people. in order, thanks stephanie, debbie, jesslyn, cheehooi, dodo, dengyin and weikai. thanks for the sweet birthday sms! im so glad everyone remembered haha.
went to school and received my first present from dodo. it was like this super big box wrapped up in takashimaya paper and in this super big paper bag. i think it's like the biggest present i received lol. then rousi and pearly gave me a present too! so sweet of them, they didn't forget lol. i love all of you!
school was damn slack that day cos we had only lectures. i dont know for what to haha and i had a super long break in between. then during recess, jerrine, sijie, jesslyn, xinhui and beishan gave me the birthday present and sang happy birthday to me. so sweet la. thanks everybody! i will talk about presents later haha.
so after school, me, cheehooi and jean went to dodo's house. cheehooi suggested baking a cake but we ended up making cupcake with the cupcake maker thingy that dodo got for me. yes, that big box. haha! she was so surprised that i knew what it was. hee. it was damn fun to make the cupcake la! but it's so sweet lol. pictures are still with dodo so i'll get it from her and post more about it next time. :) it was really fun la haha.
then after that i met up with stephanie and she gave me a present too! haha we sat around to talk for awhile and then baded our goodbyes. LOL
and then when i reached home, my sister and amelia and everyone was at home and they ordered pizza. whoohoo. and a chocolate cake haha. oh and tubs of haagendiaz(how to spell...) icecream! omg everything is so yummy. thank you!
btw when i reacher home, amelia came over and gave me a big birthday hug. aww. then amelia started playing with the box of the cupcake maker that dodo gave me. she sat in it lol.

damn funny right like wth? after that she became a robot or a barbie doll in the box or used it as a tunnel and do all sorts of things with it. damn cute. pictures are still with marc and i will post it again soon. lol.
after that as we were eating the cake after cutting it and blowing the candles and singing the song, i got a call from debbie. will talk more about that later.
soon after, my brother came back home with a present for me. you'll see it later. and my dad gave me an angpow. you'll see it later too. lol.


SATURDAY
i had japanese class in the morning then lunch with cheehooi, jean and dodo at billy bombers after that. and they are so sneaky la! dodo surprised me outside my class and cheehooi and jean surprised me at the mrt station. LOL. so we went to cathay for yummy pork ribs at billy bombers. okay i'll just spam some pictures here cos pictures say a thousand words eh.








the birthday lunch was to celebrate me and dodo's birthday. yup we're two days apart lol. hers is on the 12th. dodo and jean bought daisies for us haha. and look at our "cake"! beard papa cream puffs omg haha. and colourful gay macaroons. yummy. everything was yummy. thank you sweethearts for planning everything. i love all of you! <3
and if you're wondering where is debbie, well, we were angry with her for something. but all is well now, because after the billy bombers lunch, we met her at starbucks and sat down to talk everything out. she apologized and im glad she did. aiya super long story and it's not very nice to say it here so we'll just leave it as it is. i just hope history wont repeat itself again.
so after that, i took a mrt down to my father's office to have dinner with him and my brother and uncle seng. and then my brother tried to be funny when i took a picture of him.


AHAHAHAHA. sexy naked boy for you. he went cycling the whole day so you can see him in his obscene cycling shorts. lol flexing his muscles for me. YOU LIKE IT??!!?!?! haha. and then i discovered the motion function in my camera. something like burst shots and i compiled them into a gif.

AHAHAHA WHAT THE HELL IS HE DOING. funny brother. and he keeps listening to michael jackson and imitating his dance moves. LOL.
for dinner, we ate salted egg crabs and fried tianji(frog or toad?) and steamed pomfret. like a seafood feast! omg everything was so yummy haha. so damn fat from all the food from the past two days. lol.


TODAY
today is sunday and im slacking at home. still in my PJs as im typing this lol. such a windy day today, im having a cold. and it's DODO'S BIRTHDAY!

first official day of school. changed econs teacher. had econs homework. changed gp teacher. had gp homework. had a new co-form. saw mr suria. talked to mr suria. saw many primary school kids. talked to primary school kids. had curry yong tau hoo. hated the curry yong tau hoo. rained. walked in the rain. sigh.


i really dont know how long i can last in school. everyday i go to school, the only thing im looking forward to is to go home. seriously. i cant stand being school. but actually this campus is quite okay. at least it's nearer to civilisation and town. but at the end of the year, they are moving to boon lay. like wtf? it's so damn far from my house. i dont know what time i need to wake up man. im already waking up at 5am everything to prepare for school and i arrive late occasionally. when it moves to boon lay then im gonna have fun. wth. and now im just waiting for the next holiday to arrive, which would be that one week in september i guess. grr. school sucks. life sucks.


and i realised im a no-nonsense person. i dont know. im beginning to feel very intolerant of others these few days. i dont understand why some people are just so stupid and cant stop their nonsense. i know it's just little things that doesnt matter to others but they really get on my nerves. like for example, i asked my mum to sign the form and she asked me where to sign it. simidai? can't you see the signature box for god's sake. really gets me irritated. i can't stand other's ppl nonsense but yet im full of nonsense myself. irritating shit man.


i think school is making me feel terrible again. it's always like that man. when there's school, i always feel moody and irritable and i fall sick easily. in the holidays i was happy and healthy all the way. i think im just allergic to school man. sheesh.

happy youth day youths! sians la. normal school days start tmr. fuck sai. i hate school. i dont want to go back to the monotonous everyday school life, waking up at 5am in the morning, wearing the ugly uniform, taking the stupid long bus to school,seeing all the fucking faces in school, doing homework, ending late in the afternoon and blah blah blah. whoever said school was fun man. wth. okay whatever i absolutely hate talking about school so i shall switch topics from now on.


and this friday the 10th of july is a very important day everyone! *inserts gleeful face* it's laoniang's no-longer-sweet-sixteen aka sexy seventeenth birthday! i dont know if it's just me but being sixteen and being seventeen is just so different. lol maybe im crazy. but im kinda excited lol. being sixteen sounds so nooby. but the sad thing is, there's fucking school this friday! sians to the max please. i dont want la! can i just pon school and go celebrate my birthday lol.


but then again. what's going to happen on my birthday? lol. im not throwing a party at a club or anything. i have plans for karaoke though haha. lame people do lame things lol. dodo's birthday is on sunday or most probably we'll be celebrating it together on saturday. heh. but i have japanese class in the morning. aiya sians lol.


for those people who are clueless about what presents to get me, here's a simple rule: only get present if you're sincered. even if you get me a really cheap present but you're really sincered about it, i will like it alot. really! im not a materialistic person. come on, if you got me a present for the sake of getting me one, you can just keep it for yourself. yes, thoughts do count for me. my favouritest birthday present i ever got is something handmade and very absolutely sincered. it's not even cheap, it's priceless k. like literally, no monetary value at all. but that's my favourite present among all the years i still keep it. it's stashed away in my memory treasure box(yes i know haha). it really shows how the other person kept you in his/her mind while making/shopping for the present. that's what i really want to see in presents. haha.


if you're really sincered in getting me a present but still clueless, well, i cant tell you what i want cos that would just be rude. like extorting people of their money to buy you what you want just cos you have no money. lol. actually it's quite easy to see what i like. if you know me well, im sure you will know. if you think you know me well and yet you dont know, then you dont. lol. it's as simple as that really. and dont try to make it up by getting some half-hearted present cos i would probably just leave it aside, give it to someone else who wants it or throw it away. serious. i have thrown away halfhearted presents before. spoils all the meaning in present. sheesh.


haha you may say im expecting too much but really, am i? im not asking for a macbook or a chanel bag what lol. what i want it SINCERITY. that's why my presents for others is always sincered because i actually spend the time and effort to shop for them and everything. wrap it up nicely you know. i actually like giving. but it sucks when you give more than you receive. no not the monetary value, the heart in it. aiya whatever nonsense la lol. giving presents is not an opportunity for you to clear the unwanted things in your house by wrapping it up and giving it to others, it's about telling them how much you love them and how much you appreciate them. tokens of love, geddit?

the toast i made a few days ago. okay i know it looks unappetising here. blame my lousy fake iphone LOL. the top one is mentaiko toast. you know, japanese spicy cod roe. omg it's damn savoury and damn nice okay. it makes the toast very crispy haha. and the bottom one - half is covered in half chocolate syrup and the other half in condensed milk. omg heavenly too haha. you know when you toast the condensed milk it'll turn brown cos it's just the same as heating up sugar. then the chaota part will taste like glazed sugar or something. haha go try it!


okay that's all for my post. i will certainly be going online more often hee. today is a friday so there's 绝对男友 on channel U at 11.30pm to 1.30am today. 2 episodes back to back whoots. GO WATCH OKAY. i want a robot boyfriend too haha.
