F1 Rocks with Gwen!

I am so lazy and uninsipired to blog lately. haha. but anyway, I WENT FOR THE F1 ROCKS CONCERT YESTERDAY! i know you are jealous haha. it was a blast man, damn fun. we got free tickets, thanks to gwen! we got to meet her backstage for awhile haha. brought her some mooncakes and lanterns for kingston and zuma. oh in case you didn't know yet, gwen stefani is sort of like my half cousin cos her husband's stepmum is my auntie. heh. cool right. okay picture time!



we were waiting for a LONG time outside because we had mooncakes and we couldnt bring it in. food and drinks not allowed inside. so we were waiting for ken, gwen's manager, to bring us in. haha. those are the flowers we bought for her!



calling ken. ive got his number! haha that's like the coolest number i ever had la. gwen's manager leh hohoho. oh that's the photo montage we made for her. the photos were taken when she came to my grandmother's house in malaysia two years ago or smth. haha.



long story but somehow we got in! neon green wristbands for you haha.



and finally it's gwen! there were alot of people meeting her too. i think those are the No Doubt fans who won meet-and-greet sessions from magazines or radio stations or smth. but ours is special k, we are her relatives LOL.

that was about all with the meet and greet session. went outside to watch the performance. but we still have to wait an hour for No Doubt's performance. this is ZZTOP and my brother says they look like santa claus LOL. but all the angmohs were damn high and they were all dancing away. haha.




waiting for No Doubt's performance to start. and with some booze! damn ex sia haha. 6 cups for $55, more expensive than petrol LOL. anyway you see the first picture, the angmoh sleeping behind my brother. right after that picture was taken, my brother got a little too excited and spilled his expensive cup of heineken over the angmoh. and you cant tell from the picture but he's as big and fat as a sumo wrestler, i swear. and he got up and was like "WHAT THE FUCK?!" at my brother haha. my brother got so scared. luckily his wife cooled him down and all we can do is to offer him tissue haha.



and finally, NO DOUBT! everyone was damn high i swear haha. all of us were standing up and dancing and drinking and just groovin to the beat LOL. anyway, check out the drummer with the mohawk in his underwear and thigh high socks. SEXY.


and during the performance, gwen said "do you know im actually half singaporean-malaysian? my husband's stepmum is malaysian. and my relatives are in the crowd today!" damn shiok sia haha, we all cheered like crazy. feels good to know she was referring to us haha. so yup, the concert ended around 1 then we took a taxi home. so fun haha! i dont know what has it got to do with F1 but it was fun la. no wonder it's called "F1 Rocks". LOL. no doubt about that. (yes, pun intended haha.)


so that's about it. today i woke up with a slight hangover. and i woke up late for my japanese class LOL. but yea went for it anyway. and then the rest of the day was eat, sleep, wake up and eat again. like a pig man. it's my nephew's birthday tomorrow and we're gonna have BBQ. oh no some please save me from the fatness haha.


okay going to watch some wretched japanese movie again now. BYE!

hi i'm back. i know it's just plain bimbo but.....
I'VE JUST UPDATED MY PLAYLIST AND IT'S OH SO AWESOME PLEASE LISTEN TO IT! :D
most of the songs are those easy listening kind, listen to sleep one haha. those that i like. and then i was searching for songs to add, and i stumbled across "eternal flame" and "graduation song". these two songs bring back so much memories! it reminded me of my primary school days.... those good old days man... haha.


and just yesterday, me and stephanie sneaked back into st nicks again to eat the orange bowl stall. i dreamt that the stall closed down k! but luckily it didnt haha. the bay-tha-mutt or whatever you call it is THE BEST. not kidding. st nicks have the best canteen ever. it's big with plenty of seats and so many different stalls. haha i guess you wont understand how is it unless you were a st nicks girl before. fantastic i tell you. and the best part is, even if you're a secondary school girl, you can buy food at primary school price. how cool is that right haha. like where else can you get 50 cents noodles please lol. st nicks is a school i'll never forget man.


and yea, so we were walking around the school... it's kind of like a memory trail. cos at there's a god damn primary school memory evoked at every corner of the school. like i was looking at the canteen, then i got remembered of how i use to sit there and laugh with my friends, eating orange bowl and all-mix-plus-ice-milo. LOL. and then we walked along the corridors and i got reminded of how me and my friends use to run along those corridors with such carefree laughters. the science garden and the turtle pond reminded me of the times where me and stepanie would jump to the "island" and touch the turtles and catch the tadpoles. and the "secret garden" which brought back alot of memories. makes me wanna cry man. (oh the playlist is playing "tonight i wanna cry" right now. LOL.) so nostalgic. and it all started with that damned graduation song lol. go listen to it! maybe it'll bring back fond memories of your childhood too. :)


well i guess everyone has to grow up right? maybe it's all this "growing up" that makes us realise how we all were once young, innocent, happy and carefree. how much we miss childhood. sigh. but yea, st nicks holds a very special place in my heart. it's where i met many of my friends which would be my friends for years to come. actually to think about it, only one left la, which is you stephanie LOL. whatever happened to the rest haha. but yea. "all childhood is an emigration" and nobody can escape from it.


IM PROUD TO BE A ST NICKS GIRL! or have been lol. but once a st nicks girl, forever a st nicks girl. PUI LA what am i talking about haha. have you seen how "proud" i am of my current school. i dont even want to talk about it LOL. okay enough with all this, i just wanted to say that ive updated my playlist. school was shit today, all of us were just waiting for dismissal. -.- but anyway, yours truly is going to watch the F1 rocks concert tmr! woohoo! gwen was nice enough to give us free tickets hee. worth 100 plus each k LOL. but actually i dont know the other bands but who cares haha. jean is going for the one today which is the chinese one. i think she's at it now lol.


facebook is taking over my life man. everytime i switch on the computer, i go to facebook first. like wth. no i dont use the facebook thingy, i play the games for god's sake. those boring games haha. and just yesterday my brother told me there's tower bloxx and ive been trying to beat beishan at that for hours. haha. and people keep attacking me on sorority life cos i only have 3 sisters in my house, including myself thanks. i just bought music for my restaurant in restaurant city and abandoned my pet in pet society. okay enough with this facebook shit, i have a feeling im growing out of it soon. then i'll deactivate my account and wait till i feel inspired to play again. haha.


besides facebook i watched some new movies online! okay not new as in "now showing", but new as in ive never watched it before. lol. i watched the japanese host club show and cried thanks. but i like the ending HAHAHA. i think one of the hosts is kinda cute. and then i watched this wretched love story called 僕は妹に恋をする and it's about a forbidden love between a brother and a sister. and they are twins. haha sounds gross and wrong i know, but it was kinda sweet i guess. but wretched's the word. wretched indeed.

Hi everyone. im so finished with exams - yes it's over and im so doomed. never mind what's over is over. went out to celebrate beishan's birthday on friday. had icecream buffet and watched time traveller's wife haha. im glad you liked the "voucher" beishan. :D study session on saturday which resulted in a stomachache and fever. which i still have as im typing this. been sleeping alot for today. hope i can recover soon - i have plans for the next three days of holidays man. damn.


but on a lighter note, i saw someone i was hoping to see for very long. hope to see you again, stranger. :)
